Naldo is one of the main retail companies in Argentina. Naldo is currently experiencing a full expansion process and it stands as an exemplary company in the sale of home appliances in the whole country. It counts with 72 stores and +1,200 employees.

CHALLENGES

Their IT team is located at the headquarters in Junín, Buenos Aires, and this hinders the search for the necessary staff required for operation.
The second challenge is team consolidation: since all systems take place in-house, retaining employees is crucial to properly take of the learning curve.  

SOLUTION

People Care strategy

To avoid talent rotation, we have developed a personalized process that is based on working on the emotional health of each person.

Increase in IT staff  

We are currently setting up a team of 20 people with various profiles: Java programmers, .NET, SAP profiles, Basis, SQL database administrators, among others.

In addition, we uphold market salary values, making periodic updates.

RESULTS

NALDO can now hire collaborators as full-time employees after a 6-month period.
